Uh, About the Yahoo list.

Yahoo ® has informed that as of December 14, it will no longer support YahooGroups, as near as I can figure this means our mailing list is going away. I cain’t say that I was completely ambushed by this: when Yahoo took a big eraser to everyone’s pictures earlier this year that should’ve been a harbinger. A bidness decision on their part I’m sure they have their reasons, on the plus side we’d been using their free service a really long time. Anywhut. This list lasted, what, over 20 years! We started it I’m thinking,1997? Seems like forever.

So! It’s been a great run and now what? Well, there’s Link’din, Neighborhood, maybe a couple others, and then! There is also Google. In my never humble opinion, the easiest, most transparent thing to do would be to transfer the whole kit-n-kaboodle over to Google groups, it is the most similar option to what we’ve been used to for e-mail.

As always open for suggestions. Matter of fact there is a poll HERE, look to your left clicky where it says "YAHOO LIST" or just click here -->. YAHOO LIST.. Or, feel free ta share your love or otherwise express yer opinion or suggest other options on chatter. Take care!
